Who Am I?
Emilie Rouvroy: Holistic Nutrition Health Coach and Yoga instructor

My story
Having worked as an anthropologist and public health specialist in the field of humanitarian aid for many years, I began to suffer from PTSD and other chronic health issues such as digestive disorders and chronic muscle pain. It was at this point that my own holistic health journey began.
Through plant-based nutrition, yoga and meditation, I was able to find a better balance and finally start thriving in body, mind and soul. My health journey has led me to a new career helping others improve their health, nutrition, and wellbeing.
In addition to my Master’s degree in public health, which gives me a solid foundation to practice an evidence-based approach to nutrition, I have studied nutrition at the Stanford Center for Health Education at and I am a certified nutrition health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
My credentials and training
I have a solid educational foundation in nutrition, coaching, and health science, and my academic background and professional experiences allow me to guide my clients and students using an evidence-based approach.
In addition to graduating from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I have a Master’s degree in Anthropology and Master’s degree Public Health from the Université Libre de Bruxelles and a Certification in Human Nutrition from the Stanford Center for Health Education.
